Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Nagpur. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for clinical, administrative, and support roles.

Daily responsibilities include partnering with department heads to understand staffing needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining talent pipelines, and scheduling interviews and assessments. The role also involves managing candidate communication, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant employment regulations.



The Recruiter will contribute to employer branding initiatives and help improve recruitment processes to attract and retain high-quality talent.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple role types.
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers, understand workforce requirements, and translate them into effective job descriptions and selection criteria.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and common job portals or professional networking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professional etiquette when interacting with candidates and internal teams.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple requisitions, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Knowledge of basic employment regulations, hospital or healthcare staffing practices, and ethical recruitment standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, build relationships across departments, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as a Recruiter in healthcare or service industries is preferred.
