Recruiter – School Recruitment

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in school/education sector hiring . School recruitment experience is mandatory.

Up to ₹25,000 per month , based on experience and suitability.

Working Days & Timings

- 6 days working: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on hiring candidates for the school/education sector . The ideal candidate should have good sourcing, screening, coordination, and communication skills and should be comfortable working with multiple hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for school and education-related positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and organizational standards.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and school/academic leadership.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Manage offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring school hiring requirements.
- Coordinate background verification and documentation wherever required.
- Prepare regular recruitment status reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience .
- School/education recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have previously worked in school recruitment, academic institutions, educational organizations, EdTech, or school staffing will be preferred.
