Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing profiles, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation, and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
Job Requirements :
- 2.5-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing profiles, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation, and onboarding new hires.
- Excellent HR coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in generating offers through various channels such as email or phone calls.
