Role Description

This is a full-time remote Recruiter role focused on hiring talent that supports MadSign Media’s creative, marketing, and growth initiatives. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, maintaining clear communication with candidates, and ensuring an inclusive, positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

The Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring metrics,



and partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and refine hiring strategies that align with the company’s growth plans.

Qualifications

- Experience 1-2 years in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networks, and social platforms for talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple open roles, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote workplace.
- Understanding of or interest in creative, marketing, and digital-first roles, ideally within agency or growth-focused businesses.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience recruiting in media, advertising, or digital marketing sectors is a plus.
