Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter Intern role based in Bengaluru.

The Recruiter

Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with interview logistics and follow-up communication. The intern will help improve recruitment processes, support employer branding initiatives, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.



This position offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and exposure to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to support candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling using common job portals and professional networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate candidate records and managing multiple hiring activities.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, video conferencing platforms) for recruitment tasks.
- Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields; prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively in a full-time role.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
