Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support offer and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates.
- Assist the HR team in other recruitment and HR activities.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
- 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Freshers with valuable communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
