Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle bulk hiring for Oil & Gas, refinery, shutdown/turnaround projects.

- Hire engineers, technical & blue-collar manpower.

- Source candidates through Naukri, social media, referrals & other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates as per project requirements.

- Manage multiple positions and high-volume hiring targets.

- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely closures.

Job Requirements :

- 1–3 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring.

- Minimum 30 hires per month with proven high-volume hiring capability.

- Experience hiring for Oil & Gas, refinery, shutdown/turnaround projects preferred.

- Solid sourcing and candidate management skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable with WFH and occasional travel.
