Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role for freshers, located in Rajkot and intended for local candidates only. The Recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing profiles through various channels, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

The role involves maintaining candidate databases, assisting with offer processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also help with basic HR documentation,



follow internal recruitment policies, and provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes, or a strong interest in building a career in talent acquisition.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when handling candidate information and documentation.
- Comfort with using computers, email, and basic MS Office tools; willingness to learn recruitment platforms and databases.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, collaborate with team members, and follow company policies and guidelines.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; HR, business, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers welcome; any internship or academic project exposure to HR or recruitment is an advantage.
