We are hiring a HR Recruiter (Graduate Fresher) to help our talent team find, screen, and onboard top candidates. Role Overview

- Position: HR Recruter

- Eligibility: Any Graduate (Freshers welcome)

- Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Search for job seekers on online portals and professional networks.

- Review resumes and conduct quick phone screening calls.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking database.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹10,280.93 - ₹22,000.00 per month
