? Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & social media
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate follow-ups and salary/offer negotiations
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS
- Drive timely closures and support volume hiring

? What We’re Looking For

✔ 1+ year experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach

✔ Experience in volume/bulk hiring is an added advantage
