About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce development in cutting-edge sectors such as manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, and BioPharma.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for roles that are critical to the future of innovation and technology. Your expertise will help us meet the strategic hiring needs of our clients in these high-growth industries, ensuring the delivery of quality candidates within specified timelines. The position requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic sourcing skills, and excellent stakeholder management capabilities to succeed in a competitive environment.

Qualifications To excel in this role, candidates should possess proven recruitment experience within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors. A strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific requirements is essential.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, familiar with ATS systems such as Bullhorn,



and proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to engage effectively with candidates and clients. Organizational agility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment are critical.

A goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results, will ensure success in this role. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities Industry-Focused Hiring: Source and place top-tier professionals in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles, ensuring alignment with client needs.

Strategic Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques across job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks to build a robust talent pipeline.

Candidate Engagement: Develop long-term relationships with niche talent pools and maintain a dynamic candidate database to facilitate quick placements.

ATS Management: Keep the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) updated with accurate job postings, candidate statuses, interview notes, and feedback.

Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role specifications, and to deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.

Event Participation:



Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs and networking events to promote employer branding and attract potential candidates.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and timelines, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
