About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, and BioPharma sectors. Your expertise will directly influence the growth and innovation of our clients by identifying candidates with specialized technical skills and industry experience.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where strategic sourcing and candidate engagement are essential. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and industry stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver quality hires that meet organizational standards. The role also involves representing NES Fircroft at industry events, maintaining a robust talent pipeline, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal processes.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess proven recruitment experience within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma industries. A strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific skills is essential.



Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (preferably Bullhorn) and sourcing tools is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple roles simultaneously will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

Industry-Focused Hiring: Source and place top professionals in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.

Strategic Sourcing: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.

Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with niche talent pools, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

ATS Management: Keep the applicant tracking system updated with accurate job postings, candidate statuses, interview notes, and feedback to ensure seamless workflow and reporting.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, refine job descriptions, and deliver high-quality candidates within specified timelines.

Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, conferences,



and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential candidates.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices, maintaining a high standard of quality and integrity.

KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets, timelines, and quality metrics, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition team.
