Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Reel Shoot & Social Media Editor who can independently shoot high-quality videos using an iPhone, edit engaging reels, and publish content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have a valuable eye for visuals, and be comfortable working on both shooting and editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot engaging Reels, short videos, product videos, and promotional content using an iPhone.

- Plan and execute video shoots based on content requirements.

- Edit Reels and short-form videos with strong pacing, transitions, captions, music, and effects.

- Create content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.

- Stay updated with trending Reels, audio, formats, hooks, and social media trends.

- Add subtitles, graphics, text overlays, music, and other creative elements.

- Coordinate with the marketing/content team for content planning and execution.

- Manage the complete process from shooting → editing → posting.

- Write or coordinate captions, hashtags, and posting details.

- Maintain consistency in brand style, quality, and messaging.

- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of iPhone videography and mobile photography.

- Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

- Knowledge of framing, lighting, composition, camera angles, and basic audio.

- Creative mindset with an understanding of viral/trending content.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Reel shooting, video editing, or social media content creation preferred.

- Freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent iPhone shooting/editing skills may also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number and quality of Reels produced.

- Consistency of social media posting.

- Reel views, reach, engagement, and follower growth.

- Content turnaround time.

- Quality and creativity of videos.

- Ability to identify and utilize relevant trends.

Qualification

- Any graduate/diploma or relevant certification in media, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
