Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for non-IT roles through headhunting techniques, social media, and other sourcing methods.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Provide expert advice on end-to-end recruitment strategies to clients.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients and candidates alike.
