About The Role We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Tekgence Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and placing IT professionals within the US market.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. Working closely with our clients and implementation partners, the recruiter will play a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of qualified IT talent that meets project specifications and organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment, demonstrating successful placement of IT professionals.
- Strong knowledge of technical terminologies, IT technologies, and skill sets such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud Computing, SAP, etc.
- Experience with various job portals including Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Understanding of US employment laws, tax terms, and work culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.




- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and candidates.
- Willingness to work in US time zones to coordinate with US clients and candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT candidates from various job portals and internal databases.
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific project requirements and staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process.
- Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure compliance with US employment policies and legal requirements during the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams regarding recruitment status and candidate progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to facilitate ongoing recruitment needs.
