Job Purpose: Recruiting skilled and committed professionals, primarily for the Foundation’s work in the areas of Education, Health and Livelihood. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling and candidate management.

The position will be based out of Azim Premji Foundation ,Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

- Engage with Leaders to define, build, and document hiring forecast
- Engage in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, branding, assessment, and other areas to support all recruiting efforts
- Own end-to-end hiring strategy and execution across all roles
- Build scalable sourcing pipelines and employer branding initiatives
- Drive operational excellence across the entire recruitment funnel by actively monitoring our recruiting funnel data, analysing the results,



and identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates that meet the scope of jobs.
- Build networks to find potential candidates.

Qualification and Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of recruitment experience. Prior experience of handling recruitment / programs for health sector will be an added advantage.
- A post-graduate qualification in HR will be desirable
- Proficiency in English, Hindi
