Job Summary

We are looking for driven, experienced professionals to join our recruitment consultancy as Senior Recruitment Consultants. This is a work-from-home opportunity ideal for individuals with strong professional experience in any industry who are ready to build a rewarding career in recruitment. Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory candidates with strong communication, client-handling, or sales experience from any background are welcome, and we provide complete training on the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and closing positions.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing timely updates.
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms, and proactively source candidates using online tools, job portals, and social media.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review, screen, and shortlist resumes to accurately match client requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process for both sides.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular, professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Offer Negotiation & Closure:



Support candidates and clients through offer discussions and negotiations to ensure successful closures.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate, current information.
- Target Achievement: Work towards individual and team recruitment targets in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent qualified experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 15 years + Prior professional experience in any industry is required; recruitment experience is not mandatory. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, client servicing, HR, operations, or other customer-facing roles are especially encouraged to apply.
