Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Create job postings on company website and other relevant platforms to attract top talent.

- Shortlist qualified candidates based on requirements and conduct initial interviews to assess their fit for the role.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with a pool of suitable candidates.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field.

- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes including sourcing profiles, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding current hires.

- Ability to create effective job postings that appeal to diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for tracking candidate flow.
