Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the service center.
- Attend phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Manage customer service records and job cards.
- Maintain appointment schedules and customer follow-ups.

Eligibility
- Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th pass/bachelor degree
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly, polite.
