About the Role

Aparnajyoti Agro Foods Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, professional, polite and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, candidates and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle visitor entries and maintain front-desk records.
- Receive and respond to basic enquiries from clients and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier and documents.
- Coordinate with different departments when required.
- Schedule meetings and assist with basic administrative activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area.
- Handle basic computer and office-related tasks.




- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and computer operations.
- Presentable, confident and professional personality.
- Good Hindi/Odia communication; basic English communication preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior receptionist/front-office experience will be an advantage.
