Role Description The Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and evaluating residential properties suitable for CasaMelhor’s corporate housing portfolio, conducting site visits, and maintaining accurate property records.

The Real Estate

Specialist will manage relationships with property owners and developers, negotiate lease or purchase terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure properties meet brand standards and operational requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting property onboarding,



responding to internal and external property-related queries, tracking market trends, and collaborating with sales and operations to align inventory with business demand.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Real Property, including property identification, evaluation, and transaction support.
- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate Development, including understanding of local regulations, project timelines, and coordination with developers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales, including negotiation, lead follow-up, and closing property agreements aligned with business needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, including responsive communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.
- Solid knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market and local legal/property norms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in basic office software and property management tools; comfort with tech-enabled workflows.
- Relevant experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate housing; a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
