ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and organised Social Media Manager to manage the day-to-day digital marketing activities at Kautilya Group.

This role is not limited to posting content. The person will be responsible for planning campaigns, maintaining the content calendar, coordinating with external agencies and internal teams, reviewing communication, managing social media responses, tracking leads and ensuring timely execution.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of an idea from planning to execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with external cinematography, content, SEO and Meta Ads teams
- Own and maintain a four-to-eight-week content calendar
- Plan upcoming campaigns, content directions and design requirements
- Coordinate the execution of campaigns, particularly during project launches
- Review captions, creatives and communication for accuracy and brand consistency
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp messages and responses
- Review incoming leads, track their status and ensure timely follow-ups




- Route leads to the appropriate team member and ensure no opportunity is missed
- Maintain campaign trackers, timelines and execution frameworks
- Review weekly and monthly performance and identify the next course of action
- Identify day-to-day content opportunities at project sites, events and meetings
- Capture quick photographs and videos when immediate content is required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum two years of relevant professional experience
- Currently based in Ahmedabad
- Available for a full-time, on-site role in Shilaj
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing or content marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Meta platforms
- Ability to create and manage content calendars
- Ability to review captions, creatives and brand communication
- Comfortable working with campaign data, performance reports and lead trackers
- Strong coordination, follow-up and execution skills
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple agencies, timelines and priorities
- Comfortable capturing basic photographs and videos when required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in real estate, infrastructure, architecture or a related industry
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools
- Basic understanding of paid advertising, SEO and lead management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media or a related field
