Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson will work full time on-site in Ahmedabad, supporting clients through the complete property transaction cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants; conducting property visits; explaining property features and market conditions; and advising clients on suitable options. The role involves managing inquiries, building relationships, and delivering professional customer service, as well as coordinating with internal teams for listings, documentation,



and property management services.

The Real Estate

Salesperson will also handle negotiations, assist with contracts and paperwork, and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth closing and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property, including local Ahmedabad market awareness.
- Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets ethically and communicate value clearly.
- Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one as per local regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfort with on-site work, field visits, and versatile schedules including weekends when required.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools for property listings, CRM, and documentation.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is an advantage; relevant educational background in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
