Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.Contact and qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.Schedule and conduct property site visits.Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.Follow up regularly with prospective buyers.Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.Negotiate and assist clients throughout the booking process.Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.RequirementsEssential

Bachelor's degree preferred (B.Com, BBA, Marketing,



or related field).4+ years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build relationships and close deals.Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business.Preferred
