Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Bengaluru, offering compensation up to 5 LPA. The role involves identifying and meeting prospective buyers, presenting property options, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.

Daily tasks include conducting site visits, explaining property features and pricing, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The individual will collaborate with internal teams, respond promptly to client queries, and ensure a high standard of customer service.



The role also includes staying informed about local real estate trends and assisting in marketing initiatives to drive sales.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property concepts, with the ability to explain property details clearly to clients.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Relevant Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one, depending on local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management and post-sales support.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular field visits, and manage time efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online property listing platforms is beneficial.
