Job Location: Bhatagaon, Raipur

Salary: Up to 60,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Negotiate with clients and close property sales.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain customer data and sales activity records in CRM or other systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and documentation process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities.

- (4 - 8 YEARS ) Experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
