Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, messages, and direct communication.
- Explain property/project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team for smooth execution of deals.

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in the real estate sales field.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and build good relationships.
