Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Wednesday – Monday

Weekly Off: Tuesday

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team immediately.

The candidate will be responsible for handling real estate sales leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging property visits, following up with prospective customers, and converting qualified leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location, and payment options to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Convert leads into site visits, bookings, and successful closures.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / Field Sales / Tele Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

FIXED SALARY AND INCENTIVES

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
