Madras City Properties is Hiring – Real Estate Sales Executives!

? Location: Madhuravoyal, Chennai

? Experience: Freshers & Experienced upto 6 months or 1 year only

? Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any UG

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

? Incentive: ₹50000

? Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

? Weekly Off: Tuesday

? Saturday & Sunday: Property Site Visits

? 1 Month Training Allowance: ₹12,000

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle property sales for plots, land & houses
- Generate leads and follow up with customers
- Explain property details and assist customers
- Coordinate property/site visits
- Convert enquiries into successful sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets
