About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React/Node.js Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate is a robust full-stack engineer who excels in designing clean front-end experiences using React and delivering efficient backend services using Node.js.Should collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical discussions, and drive best practices in architecture, performance optimization, and code quality.

Experience Required

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js.

Responsibilities

Frontend (React)

- Develop responsive, high-performance UI components using React.js, React Hooks, and TypeScript.
- Architect modular and reusable component libraries following best UI/UX and frontend engineering standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and dynamo db services.
- Implement state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.

Backend (Node.js)

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js (Express.js).
- Work with databases such as DynamoDB.
- Ensure high performance, scalability,



and security of backend services.

General Engineering

- Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Jest related testing tools.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on application deployment, monitoring, Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, material UI and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js.
- Strong experience on nx monorepo, and webpack.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and API security.
- Experience with Git and branching strategies.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend performance optimization techniques.
