Role Description

- Lead a team of engineers in silicon shaping and wafering process development and optimization

.

- Provide technical direction to improve process control, yield, throughput, and product quality

.

- Identify critical process parameters and lead root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and quality improvement

.

- Support data analysis, customer complaint investigation, and process improvement

.

- Lead new process and control plan transfer from R&D; to high-volume manufacturing.

- Manage project risks, priorities, resources

, and technical/business impact.

- Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and project reviews.

- Build, train, and develop a high-performing R&D; engineering team

.

- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, new technology development, and IP initiatives

.

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration,



and technical excellence

.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in

Engineering or related technical field

; Master's/Ph.D. is an advantage.

- 8+ years of experience in solar or semiconductor silicon wafer manufacturing and/or R&D.;

- Strong technical knowledge of single/multi-crystalline silicon shaping and wafering processes

.

- 5+ years of functional/team leadership experience

.

- International project or global engineering experience is an advantage.

- Solid leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

.

- Excellent technical communication and team management skills.

- Open, collaborative, and people-oriented leadership style.
