Role & responsibilities

- Develop innovative formulations for fruit juices, fruit-based beverages, and CSDs aligned with consumer trends.

- Lead end-to-end product developmentfrom ideation, feasibility, prototyping, pilot trials, and commercialization.

- Drive innovation in sugar reduction, fortification, nutrition enhancement, and clean-label solutions.

- Design product specifications, shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and consumer testing.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FDA, and CODEX regulatory requirements.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Quality, Sourcing, Packaging, and Manufacturing for successful product launches.

- Identify cutting-edge ingredients, emerging technologies, and raw material development opportunities.





- Monitor competitor products and market trends to build a strong innovation pipeline.

- Resolve technical, sourcing, and product quality challenges while ensuring business continuity.

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in Fruit Juices / Fruit-Based Beverages / Beverage R&D.;

- Expertise in formulation development, processing technologies, product stability, nutrition, and regulatory compliance.

- Hands-on experience with pilot plant equipment, sensory studies, and commercialization of new products.

- Proven ability to solve complex technical and operational challenges in the food & beverages industry.
