Key Responsibilities
- Lead R&D; for Textile Machinery
- Manage product development and engineering projects in coordination with the Global/HQ R&D; team
- Drive Design Thinking and solid product development processes
- Lead 3D drawing conversion and engineering activities
- Ensure Zero Defect quality culture in product development
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Service & Engineering teams
- Manage R&D; budgets, CAPEX and KPIs
- Lead, mentor and develop the R&D; team
- Drive Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
