Lead the R&D; department in developing current cosmetic formulations and improving existing products.
Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle: concept, formulation, testing, and commercialization.
Ensure compliance with national and international cosmetic regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with production, marketing, and quality assurance teams to align product innovation with business goals.
Manage laboratory operations, budgets, and resources effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, raw materials, and emerging technologies.
Mentor and guide junior scientists and technical staff.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
