Job Summary

We are looking for a R&D; Engineer – Electrical & Electronics to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of electrical and electronic products. The candidate will be involved in circuit design, control systems, PCB development, prototype testing, troubleshooting, and product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical and electronic circuits and control systems.

- Develop and modify schematics, wiring diagrams, control circuits, and PCB designs.

- Work on relay-based control systems, automatic voltage stabilizers, control panels, power supplies, and other electrical/electronic products.

- Select electrical and electronic components based on technical requirements, reliability, availability, and cost.

- Develop prototypes and conduct functional and performance testing.

- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, electronic circuits, PCBs, wiring, and control systems.

- Use testing equipment such as multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, oscilloscope, LCR meter, etc.

- Prepare and maintain BOM, circuit diagrams, technical specifications, test reports, and engineering documentation.

- Perform design validation and reliability testing of new and modified products.

- Identify design problems and implement suitable corrective and preventive actions.

- Support production and QC teams in resolving electrical and electronic issues.

- Coordinate with PCB manufacturers, component suppliers, and other vendors for technical requirements.

- Support prototype development, sample testing, product modification, and production transfer.





- Work on cost reduction and design improvement without compromising product quality and reliability.

- Assist in analyzing field failures and implementing design improvements.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Required Technical Skills

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic circuit design.

- Understanding of AC/DC circuits, transformers, relays, contactors, MCBs, fuses, SMPS, power supplies, sensors, and control circuits.

- Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems is an advantage.

- Knowledge of PCB design, PCB fabrication, and PCB assembly.

- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and datasheets.

- Valuable knowledge of electrical measurements and testing.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN / KiCad / Altium / Eagle or similar software will be an advantage.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Practical hands-on experience in assembling and testing electrical/electronic prototypes.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in R&D;, product development, prototyping, or electrical/electronic manufacturing.

- Experience with automatic voltage stabilizers, relay control systems, control panels, power electronics, PCB-based products, or industrial electrical systems will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and hands-on skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
