Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing authentic Rajasthani vegetarian cuisine while maintaining excellent taste, quality, hygiene, and consistency in food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic Rajasthani dishes and traditional cuisine.

- Prepare dishes such as Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri, Panchmel Dal, Kadhi, Bajre Ki Roti, Missi Roti, and traditional sweets.

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.

- Handle daily mise en place and kitchen preparation.

- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

- Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients.

- Manage food wastage and ensure proper portion control.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

- Maintain stock requirements and coordinate with the Store/Purchase team.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Assist in menu planning and developing traditional Rajasthani dishes.

Skills Required:





- Strong expertise in authentic Rajasthani cuisine.

- Valuable knowledge of vegetarian Indian cooking.

- Knowledge of traditional spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

- Experience in bulk cooking and catering is an advantage.

- Good kitchen management and teamwork skills.

- Ability to maintain consistency and quality.

Qualification & Experience:

- Formal culinary education is preferred but not mandatory.

- 3–10 years of experience as a Rajasthani Maharaj / Indian Chef.

- Experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or catering preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- Strong experience in authentic Rajasthani vegetarian cuisine.

- Experience handling wedding catering, events, banquets, or large-scale food production is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
