About the Role

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Specialist to own and grow our business across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other emerging Q-commerce channels.

This is a business ownership role. You will manage platform relationships, drive growth, improve availability and visibility, and take responsibility for the P&L; and profitability of the accounts you manage .

The role is based in Bangalore and requires someone who is comfortable travelling to meet platform teams, visit category teams, understand execution gaps and build strong relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Own relationships with key Q-commerce platforms and category teams.
- Manage the business across revenue, growth, margins and profitability.
- Take ownership of account-level P&L; , including pricing, promotions, margins and spends.
- Build joint business plans and drive monthly and quarterly targets.
- Negotiate visibility, promotions, launches and commercial terms.
- Track sales, inventory, fill rates, availability and stock-outs closely.
- Work with supply chain and operations teams to maintain solid availability.
- Plan and execute new product launches and category expansion.
- Analyse city, SKU and platform-level performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve assortment, visibility, conversion and share of category.




- Track competition, pricing and platform trends.
- Travel regularly for partner meetings, market visits and dark-store checks.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–10 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Key Account Management or ecommerce.
- Experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with a D2C, FMCG or consumer brand.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable owning revenue, margins and P&L; .
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales, inventory and profitability data.
- Good understanding of Q-commerce operations, assortment, availability and promotions.
- Ability to work closely with supply chain, finance, marketing and category teams.
- Comfortable travelling frequently.
- High ownership, speed and problem-solving ability.
