Role Description The Quick Commerce Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the associate helps manage product listings on quick commerce platforms, ensures accurate pricing and stock updates, and coordinates with internal teams and partner platforms to maintain smooth operations.

Typical responsibilities include monitoring order flow, tracking fulfillment performance, flagging operational issues, and supporting promotional campaigns and merchandising activities. The associate also gathers and interprets basic performance data, prepares simple reports, and contributes ideas to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.



This position requires close collaboration with operations, marketing, and customer support teams to keep quick commerce channels running efficiently and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage online product listings, including accurate updates to inventory, pricing, and descriptions across multiple quick commerce platforms like Minutes, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, BB now, Amazon now.
- Basic data handling skills, such as monitoring dashboards, extracting reports, and interpreting key metrics related to orders, delivery times, and stock levels.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to work with operations, warehouse, and delivery partners for timely order processing and issue resolution.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external platform contacts in a professional manner.
- Comfort with using digital tools and software such as spreadsheets, order management systems, and platform dashboards; willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying discrepancies, operational risks, or customer-impacting issues before they escalate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritize tasks effectively, and take ownership of outcomes in a hybrid work setup.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, retail operations, or related fields is beneficial but not strictly required.
