Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with 5 - 10 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, billing, estimation, and contract administration for large-scale commercial or airport or datacenter projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analysis.

- Review drawings and specifications for quantity and scope verification.

- Manage cost planning, budgeting, cost monitoring, and cost control.

- Prepare, verify, and certify RA bills, contractor bills, and final accounts.

- Evaluate variations, change orders, claims, and additional works.

- Support tendering, bid analysis, procurement, and contract administration activities.

- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget performance.

- Coordinate with design, engineering, project management, contractors, consultants, and client teams.





- Prepare cost reports, MIS, forecasts, and commercial documentation.

- Support project close-out and final account settlement.

Required Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- Professional qualification/certification in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management will be an advantage.

Required Experience

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.

- Experience in large-scale airport, commercial, industrial, or data center projects.

- Exposure to working with PMC, cost consultancy, EPC, or large construction organizations is preferred.

- Robust experience in BOQ, estimation, quantity take-off, billing, cost control, variations, claims, and contracts.
