- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 15189:2022.
- Handle NABL accreditation, audits, compliance, NCs and CAPA.
- Coordinate internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, records and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous quality improvement across laboratory operations.
Requirements:
- 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in Diagnostic Centres / Hospital Laboratories.
- Mandatory certification in ISO 15189:2022.
- Must have handled at least 3 NABL audit cycles.
- Robust knowledge of NABL, QMS, CAPA, internal audits and laboratory quality standards.
