Role & responsibilities

1. Lead the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control function across cutting, sewing, finishing and packing.

2. Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, AQL standards, approved samples and quality requirements.

3. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective CAPA for recurring quality issues.

4. Coordinate with Production, IE, Planning, Merchandising and Technical teams to resolve quality concerns.

5. Manage buyer/factory quality audits, inspections, complaints and non-conformities, ensuring timely closure.

6. Lead and develop the Quality team through training, SOP implementation, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Robust experience in woven/knits garment manufacturing.
