We are looking Quality Manager - QC for our company. we are one of the leading steel casting foundry in Coimbatore India, specializing in manufacturing stainless steel and alloy steel castings for industrial valve and pump manufacturers worldwide.

Qualification: Diploma or Any Degree: BE or ME preferred

Experience: 5+ Years of work experience

Job Location: Coimbatore

Salary: Rs. 45,000 PM to 60,000 PM

Skills:

Manage Quality Control activities to ensure castings meet specified chemical, mechanical, dimensional, and visual quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage QC activities for Melting, Moulding, Pouring, Heat Treatment, Fettling, and Final Inspection.
- Control and verify chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness, dimensions, and visual quality.
- Supervise NDT, metallurgical testing,



and laboratory activities.
- Monitor casting defects, rejection, rework, and process deviations.
- Conduct inspections at all critical stages and ensure product traceability.
- Coordinate with Production, Development, and QA teams for quality improvement.
- Analyze defects and support RCA and corrective actions.
- Ensure inspection equipment and laboratory instruments are calibrated.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and quality records.
- Train and guide QC inspectors and technicians.
