- Ensure true root causes are identified and verified. >
- Ensure corrective actions are incorporated into standards, DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plans, and design guidelines. >
- Capture lessons learned and deploy across current and future programs. >
- Responsible for EN – change implementation. >
- Identify pain points and lead customer experience improvement projects. >
- Track and facilitate improvement in customer satisfaction. >
- Visit Plant and supplier locations for Process/Quality Confirmations Experience 10-15 yrs Industry Preferred EV &
- Auto - Quality / QRT / PVT Qualifications BE /B Tech, ME / M Tech General Requirements Primary Skills (Functional) Change management, Problem solving tools Quality Processes Skill of driving and identifying the concerns on vehicle - Expert Level Behavioural skills Self-Motivated, Team work, resourceful, Creative, Cooperative, Agile,
