Main duties/responsibilities

- Perform dimensional and visual inspection using approved measuring instruments and laboratory equipment.

- Conduct required mechanical, metallurgical or other product tests according to applicable specifications and approved procedures.

- Verify calibration status and proper use of gauges, measuring instruments and laboratory equipment.

- Record, review and maintain test results, inspection reports and non-conformance information accurately.

- Support root-cause analysis for quality issues by providing reliable measurement and test data.

- Maintain laboratory housekeeping, sample identification and traceability controls.

- Escalate abnormal results, failed tests and suspected equipment problems promptly to the Quality Manager.

- Support internal, customer and third-party audits by maintaining complete and retrievable quality records.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
