Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities

- Managing quality of FnV as per the client's requirements
- Picking the right quantities as per the shared specifications
- Escalations management
- Work in close collaboration with sourcing, category & FC teams to ensure specs are updated, rejections are analyzed and overall return due to material quality is trending low in a planned way to improve business profitability

- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Inspection of FnV
- Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Agri-tech is preferred
- Strong understanding of quality as well as operations
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
