Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Head / QA Manager to take complete ownership of quality standards and quality control across the manufacturing process.

The person will be responsible for preventing quality problems, identifying defects early, reducing rework and rejection, and ensuring that finished products meet buyer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for factory quality performance.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for production.
- Monitor quality at different stages of manufacturing.
- Coordinate with Production to identify and correct quality issues.
- Monitor defects, rework and rejection.
- Identify recurring quality problems and their root causes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular quality inspections.
- Ensure buyer-specific quality requirements are communicated to relevant teams.
- Monitor compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Maintain quality records and reports.
- Track major quality issues until closure.
- Train and guide quality personnel.
- Coordinate with Merchandising regarding buyer quality requirements and concerns.
- Support final inspection and dispatch clearance.
- Escalate serious or repeated quality problems promptly.




- Work with Production to prevent recurrence rather than only identifying defects after production.

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of experience in garment manufacturing quality.
- Strong knowledge of garment quality control and inspection.
- Experience managing a quality team.
- Positive understanding of production processes.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Production and management teams.
- Experience handling buyer quality requirements will be preferred.
- Ability to work under production and delivery pressure without compromising quality.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Job Details

Gender: Male / Female

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.)
