Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on Die Casting experience to manage product quality, process control, and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and control HPDC process parameters and product quality.
- Identify and reduce defects such as porosity, blow holes, cold shuts, cracks, flash, and dimensional variation.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, NCR, and 8D.
- Handle rejection, rework, and customer complaints with effective corrective actions.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections as per drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, PFMEA, Control Plans, and inspection standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room,



and Die Maintenance for quality improvement.
- Monitor quality KPIs, rejection trends, and process capability.
- Support PPAP, new product trials, process validation, and audits.
- Implement 7 QC Tools, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.

Qualification & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Quality Engineering.
- 1–4 years of Die Casting Quality experience – Mandatory.
- HPDC / Pressure Die Casting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of GD&T;, measuring instruments, 7 QC Tools, and drawing reading.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
