- A candidate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality- Engine Assembly and Manufacturing operations.
- Strong working experience in Engine Assembly manufacturing processes.
- Detailed knowledge of engine components, assembly methods, manufacturing operations and quality requirements.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and executing PFMEA.
- Good understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience in implementing Mistake-Proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions.
- Proficiency in quality tools and data analysis techniques.
- Hands-on experience with 3D CAD tools as a user for reviewing product and manufacturing data.
- Data Analysis Tools - Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Good English communication and the ability to handle the project independently with minimal guidance.
