Role Description The Quality Control Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes across garment and home furnishing production units. This role involves establishing and implementing quality standards, conducting inspections at various stages of production, and identifying non-conformities to ensure products meet customer specifications and international quality norms.

The Quality Control

Manager will coordinate with design, production, and sourcing teams to address quality issues, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include supervising quality inspectors, reviewing test reports, maintaining documentation for audits and compliance,



and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders on quality requirements. The role also includes monitoring health and safety practices within production areas and promoting a culture of quality and accountability.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methodologies in apparel and home furnishings, including inspection procedures and testing standards.
- Experience with production processes for woven and knitted garments and home textile products, with understanding of fabrics, prints, and embellishments.
- Ability to analyze quality data, prepare reports, and use basic quality tools to identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Skilled in setting up and monitoring standard operating procedures, compliance documentation, and audit readiness for ethical and regulatory standards.
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities, including supervising inspectors and training staff on quality practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with design, production, sourcing teams, and international clients.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Quality Management, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a quality control or quality management role within garment manufacturing or home furnishings, preferably with export-oriented operations.
