Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive with 15 years of experience in the precious metals/jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, purity, specifications, and physical condition of gold jewellery, coins, and other precious metal products.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and verify the quality, purity, weight, and specifications of gold jewellery, coins, and precious metal products.
- Conduct physical inspections of incoming and outgoing gold products.
- Identify defects, discrepancies, damage, and quality-related issues.
- Verify product specifications against required standards and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, inventory, and other relevant teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and related documentation.




- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and applicable industry requirements.
- Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation from a quality perspective.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the gold, jewellery, bullion, or precious metals industry.
- Good knowledge of gold jewellery, coins, bullion, purity, karatage, and basic hallmarking concepts.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify quality discrepancies.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory/ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
